Applies Coruscating Illuminance when Activated. Lasts for 5.0 seconds.

• Applies Coruscating Illuminance. Lasts for 5.0 seconds.

• Inflicts 6,472 - 7,154 divine damage on target instantly and every second.

• Applies "Drown In Illuminance" to certain raid level targets. "Drown In Illuminance" increases damage taken from all sources by 5%. This effect does not stack with the "Drown In Shadows" effect and the duration is 30 seconds.

• Only affects targets level 120 and above
