EQ2U - Item Details - Avoid Blame VIII (Ancient)

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

Allows the swashbuckler to concentrate on not drawing attention from enemies, granting a chance to lower an enemy's hate towards the swashbuckler with each hit.

• Decreases Threat to target by 3,517

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 6.2.

• On a hostile ability cast this spell will cast Evade Blame on target of spell. Lasts for 3.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Decreases Threat to target by 3,517

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 6.2.

• This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 - 6.0 seconds.
