Sahara of the Flame
A beastie the likes of which I have never seen before! From its cobalt and violet plumage, to its stark, white eyes, and its azure flames, this bird of prey is a sight to behold! It is obvious that a phoenix hatched in the Plane of Air is not confined to the same color palette as those in the Plane of Fire. I wonder if it is a result of its arcane surroundings or maybe local diet? Something to ponder.

•  Increases All Attributes of caster by 5.8%.
•  Increases Potency of caster by 3,072.6.
•  Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of caster by 1,371.9.
•  Summons a pet Sahara of the Flame
•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Phoenix Surge on caster. Lasts for 6.0 seconds.
•  Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of group members (AE) by 58.0.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 6.0 - 9.0 seconds.
