When Equipped:
•  When any damage is received this spell has a 20% chance to cast Building Furor on target. Lasts for 45.0 seconds.
•  This effect increments up to 10 times.
•  Increases STA of caster by 1,211.1, multiplied by increment stacks.
•  Increases Flurry of Caster by 8.2, if at least 2 increments multiplied by increment stacks.
•  Increases Flurry Multiplier of caster by 0.4, if at least 4 increments multiplied by increment stacks.
•  Increases Fervor of caster by 8.1, if at least 6 increments multiplied by increment stacks.
•  Dispels when combat ends.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 15.0 - 30.0 seconds.
