• Reduces Bleedthrough of Target by 0.96%. This effect cannot stack from multiple casters. This effect can increment up to 4 times..

• This effect can only trigger once every 1.0 - 4.0 seconds.

• Summons a pet Mystic Moppet

• Mystical Moppet will intercept arcane damage and cure curses on it's master.

• Increases effectiveness of Bolster and Ancestral Bolster by 45.

• Clears the reuse of Bolster and Ancestral Bolster.

• Decreases the base casting time of Bolster by 13.5 seconds.

• Decreases the base casting time of Ancestral Bolster by 36 seconds.
