Grants the coercer control over target opponent. The opponent has a recurring chance to resist the charm throughout its duration. Higher ranks of this spell will decrease the chance of a periodic resist.

• Dispelled when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Mesmerize effects of 9.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.0 second.

• Applies Warning on termination. Lasts for 0.5 seconds.

• Grants Sonic Vision to caster

• Charms target

• Increases Power Regen of target by 54.1.

• Increases Health Regen of target by 108.2.

• Certain enemies cannot be charmed

• Only affects targets level 87 and below

• Does not affect Epic targets
