Wall of Rage II (Grandmaster)

Increases the physical mitigation of the berserker in exchange for decreased attack speed. Also grants a chance to snare nearby opponents whenever the berserker strikes in melee.

• Slows targets in Area of Effect by 59.5%.

• 5% chance to dispel when target receives hostile action

• 5% chance to dispel when target takes damage
