•  Inflicts 480 - 799 slashing damage on targets in Area of Effect.
•  Inflicts 480 - 799 divine damage on targets in Area of Effect.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 6.0 - 10.0 seconds.
