Frozen Manacles (Journeyman)
Roots the sorcerer's target in place, preventing them from movement. Every hostile spell or damage received by the target has a chance at breaking the effect. When the root effect expires, the target's movement speed is reduced for a short duration.

•  Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 45.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 5.0 seconds.
•  Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 38.
