• Stuns target

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Stun effects of 4.5 seconds and duration is reduced to 0.5 seconds.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 59.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 5.0 seconds.
