EQ2U - Item Details - Inquest V (Journeyman)

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

Inquest V (Journeyman)

An augmentation placed on an ally that grants them a chance at draining power from the target with every successful spell or attack, and returning a portion of this power back to the inquisitor. This spell does not require any concentration, but can only be maintained on a single ally.

• Decreases power of target by 1.1%.

• This effect cannot be critically applied.

• Increases power of caster by 1.0 - 1.2% of caster's max power.

• This effect cannot be critically applied.

• This effect can only trigger once every 0.2 - 1.2 second.
