EQ2U was caught up in a DDOS attack on Daybreak over the weekend which resulted in us getting blocked from accessing Census. Thankfully we have been unblocked and been added to a whitelist to reduce the chance of being collateral damage again. • Inflicts an additional 47 disease damage on target encounter every tick.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means
