EQ2U - Item Details - Netherous Bind VII (Grandmaster)

Netherous Bind VII (Grandmaster)

Roots the warlock's target in place, preventing them from movement. Any damage received by the target has a chance at breaking the effect. When the root effect expires, the target has a chance of running away in fear with a movement penalty for a short duration.

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 1 minute 45 seconds and duration is reduced to 11.7 seconds.
