• Slows targets in Area of Effect by 75.0%.

• On a melee hit this spell may cast Dire Frost on target. Lasts for 20.0 seconds. Triggers about 6.0 times per minute.

• Roots target

• 5% chance to dispel when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Root effects of 1 minute and duration is reduced to 6.7 seconds.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 149.

• Does not affect Epic targets
