•  Summons a pet Skullquacker
•  On a hostile ability cast this spell will cast Quack Heads on target of spell. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 2,214 - 3,690 magic damage on target.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 8.0 - 11.0 seconds.
