EQ2U - Item Details - The Ascended Vel'Arek

EQ2U was caught up in a DDOS attack on Daybreak over the weekend which resulted in us getting blocked from accessing Census. Thankfully we have been unblocked and been added to a whitelist to reduce the chance of being collateral damage again. I am also in the process of rewriting parts of how EQ2U makes Census requests to make it more obvious that we are a legitimate request. • The casting time of Planar Protection is 3.0 seconds and the reuse time of the spell is 30.0 seconds
