An augmentation that increases damage attributes, base avoidance, and spell resistance of an ally. Additionally, this grants a chance of increased attack speed and Multi-Attack Chance. This spell does not require any concentration, but can only be maintained on a single ally.

•  Increases Casting Speed of target by 9.6%.
•  Increases Haste of target by 59.6.
•  Increases Multi Attack of target by 59.6.
