EQ2U was caught up in a DDOS attack on Daybreak over the weekend which resulted in us getting blocked from accessing Census. Thankfully we have been unblocked and been added to a whitelist to reduce the chance of being collateral damage again. I am also in the process of rewriting parts of how EQ2U makes Census requests to make it more obvious that we are a legitimate request. • Inflicts 820 crushing damage on target every 2 seconds.

• Inflicts 5,658 cold damage on target.

• Inflicts 820 cold damage on target every 2 seconds.

• Increases physical and elemental damage done to target by 2.02%.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 14.0 seconds.
