EQ2U - Item Details - Pale Soulstarer Cub

December 3, 2024 -- Census is back after a 3 day outage and characters are once again exporting. Please note if your EQ2 character used the new Petamorph Key Ring feature, it will FAIL to export to Census or EQ2U. Avoid using this feature until a fix is available!!

As a drastic measure, if you are willing to irrevocably destroy any petamorph wands you have stored in the Petamorph Key Ring, you can type /delete_keyring_item 0 1234567890 where 1234567890 is the ItemID of the stored petamorph.

Pale Soulstarer Cub

It seems this cute beastie is rather popular with the Attendants. There is often a group of them huddled around the cub, whether it's rolling around on its belly-welly, wiggling its tail nub, pouncing on bugs, or asleep on its back, exposing all of its murderous toe beans. Then comes feeding time and all those volunteers disappear.

• Increases All Attributes of caster by 12.1%.

• Increases Potency of caster by 11,543.9.

• Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of caster by 4,757.9.

• Summons a pet Pale Soulstarer Cub

• On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 15% chance to cast Soul Stare on target of spell. Lasts for 12.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Inflicts 1,840 - 2,489 divine damage on target.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 4.0 - 9.0 seconds.
