Tormenting Conversion II (Expert)

Causes the inquisitor's target to flee in terror. When the fear effect ends, the target is mesmerized for a short duration and their hate towards the inquisitor is reduced over-time.

• Dispelled when target takes damage

• Epic targets gain an immunity to Mesmerize effects of 30.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 3.3 seconds.

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 80.

• Makes target afraid

• 30% chance to dispel when target takes damage

• Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 80.
