•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Dissipate Element on target of spell. Lasts for 16.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 1,170 - 1,293 heat damage on target.
•  Decreases Mitigation of target vs elemental damage by 1,875.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
