The summoner who created it must have been a rather creative sort! Well, and a bit demented. That's necromancy for you, I guess.

• Inflicts 668 - 1,114 slashing damage on target instantly and every 1.1 seconds.

• Decreases Combat Mitigation of target by 254.7.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 8.0 - 12.0 seconds.
