EQ2U - Item Details - Personal Kerafyrm's Lair Guild Hall

June 19, 2024 -- The new Anashti Sul server on the 2006 "Origins" EQ2 ruleset is now live. Sadly, there are no plans for it to support Census.

Adventure Report (on some pages called Kunark Ascending Report) has been updated to cover 16 of the 21 expansions AND now has tooltips you can hover over each expansion's quest count like 11 / 17 and it will show you which quests are done or not!

Personal Kerafyrm's Lair Guild Hall

YOU MAY ONLY OWN ONE OF THIS HOUSE PER CHARACTER. This deed of ownership entitles the owner to a rent-free Personal Kerafyrm's Lair Guild Hall. It may only be used by one character, but the character will always retain the right to the rent-free home even if they move out and then return later. Right-click and select "Redeem" to activate your deed. The maximum number of placed items (including pets), prior to house expanders, is 900.
