•  Grants the target a separate, personal, roll on qualifying treasure rewards when a treasure chest is opened.
•  For heroic or solo encounters to qualify as a target for Personal Treasure Cache they must be considered a zones final boss.
•  For raid encounters to qualify as a target for Personal Treasure Cache they must be considered a boss.
•  Once a treasure cache has been awarded, Personal Treasure Cache will end.
