•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 25% chance to cast Rending Torrent on target of spell. Lasts for 14.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 6,174 crushing damage on target.
•  Inflicts 894 crushing damage on target every 2 seconds.
•  Inflicts 6,174 cold damage on target.
•  Inflicts 894 cold damage on target every 2 seconds.
•  Increases physical and elemental damage done to target by 2.1%.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 14.0 seconds.
