•  Increases power of group members (AE) by 40 - 44 instantly and every 6 seconds.
•  33% chance to apply Hocus-Pocus Focus. Lasts for 45.0 seconds.
•  Increases Ability Doublecast of caster by 2.2.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  The casting time of Bristlebane's Shenanigans is 2.0 seconds and the reuse time of the spell is 10 minutes
