•  Inflicts 5,368 crushing damage on target.
•  Inflicts 778 crushing damage on target every 2 seconds.
•  Inflicts 5,368 cold damage on target.
•  Inflicts 778 cold damage on target every 2 seconds.
•  Increases physical and elemental damage done to target by 2.13%.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 14.0 seconds.
