• Inflicts 3,544 - 3,917 disease damage on target encounter instantly and every 2 seconds.

• Decreases Defense and Parry of target encounter by 10.0.

• Decreases Mitigation of target encounter vs physical damage by 495.

• Must not be engaged in pvp combat

• Cannot be modified except by direct means
