•  Manipulated Hearts will hasten the base reuse time of group members summoned mage and priest pets abilities by 8.7%.
•  Applies Living Dead. Lasts for 4.4 seconds.
•  Increases Fervor Overcap of group members (AE) by 11.7, multiplied by increment stacks.
•  Sets the base casting time of Lifeburn to 4.2 seconds. Lifeburn will increase bleedthrough on the Necromancer by 20.
