Grants the coercer control over target opponent. The opponent has a recurring chance to resist the charm throughout its duration. Higher ranks of this spell will decrease the chance of a periodic resist.

•  Applies Warning on termination. Lasts for 0.5 seconds.
•  Grants Sonic Vision to caster
•  Charms target
•  Increases Power Regen of target by 86.5.
•  Increases Health Regen of target by 184.5.
•  Certain enemies cannot be charmed
•  Only affects targets level 128 and below
•  Does not affect Epic targets
