EQ2U - Item Details - Redirecting Ring of Aberrant Magic

EQ2U was caught up in a DDOS attack on Daybreak over the weekend which resulted in us getting blocked from accessing Census. Thankfully we have been unblocked and been added to a whitelist to reduce the chance of being collateral damage again. I am also in the process of rewriting parts of how EQ2U makes Census requests to make it more obvious that we are a legitimate request. Hopefully the site is loading more quickly for you without the Cloudflare 524 errors. Thank you all for your patience.

We are unable to connect to the EverQuest II Census API or we aren't seeing new characters being exported to Census.
If you are still able to perform Character, Guild, and Item searches, then Census is responding but isn't receiving new data from EQ2. Please contact Daybreak Games.

Channeled Redirection

When Equipped:

• Reduces elemental, noxious and arcane damage done to caster by 6.5%.

• Damage reduction from this effect will not stack with itself.

• When any magical damage is received this spell will cast Channeled Redirection II on target. Lasts for 24.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Increases Potency of caster by 134.0.

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• Will trigger off of cold, disease, divine, heat, magic, mental or poison abilities.

• This effect can only trigger once every 30.0 seconds.
