Greatly increases defense, aggression, base avoidance, stamina, physical, and arcane damage mitigation at the cost of offensive melee skills. This is the paladin's primary defensive stance.

• Increases STA of caster by 70.8.

• Adds 4.8% to base avoidance.

• Decreases Crushing, Piercing and Slashing of caster by 6.7.

• Increases Aggression and Defense of caster by 13.9.

• Increases Mitigation of caster vs arcane damage by 924.

• Increases the caster's effectiveness of worn armor vs physical damage by 15%.
