EQ2U was caught up in a DDOS attack on Daybreak over the weekend which resulted in us getting blocked from accessing Census. Thankfully we have been unblocked and been added to a whitelist to reduce the chance of being collateral damage again. • On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 10% chance to cast Pestilential Rain on target of spell. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.

• Inflicts 5,517 disease damage on target encounter.

• Must not be engaged in pvp combat

• Cannot be modified except by direct means

• This effect can only trigger once every 8.0 - 12.0 seconds.
