•  Increases AGI, INT, STA, STR and WIS of caster by 4.3.
•  Increases Potency of caster by 0.5.
•  Increases DPS of caster by 1.9.
•  33% chance to apply Precision of the Djinn.
•  Increases AGI, INT, STA, STR and WIS of caster by 4.3.
•  Increases Crit Chance of caster by 0.3.
•  Increases DPS of caster by 1.9.
•  33% chance to apply Guile of the Djinn.
