Even though he is in a cage like the other beasties in the Conservatory, he sits proudly with his head up high. He clearly considers himself the king here, and I don't think anyone would challenge that notion. Or could.

•  Increases Crit Bonus Overcap of caster by 150.0.

•  On a hostile ability cast this spell will cast Skyraze on target of spell. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event.
•  Inflicts 1,909 - 3,182 slashing damage on target.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 2.0 - 3.0 seconds.
