When Equipped:
•  On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 15% chance to cast Reactionary Strike on target of spell. Lasts for 10.0 seconds.
•  Inflicts 2,801 crushing damage on target instantly and every 3.3 seconds.
•  Increases Fervor of caster by 5.0.
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
•  This effect can only trigger once every 20.0 - 30.0 seconds.
