•  On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Radical Anarchy on target of attack. Lasts for 15.0 seconds. Triggers about 2.0 times per minute.

•  Increases Threat to target by 1,023,640

•  Decreases Strikethrough of target by 5.0%.

•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  When the wearer drops below 1% health, they have a 25% chance to cast Escape on themselves.

•  Increases AGI, INT, STR and WIS of caster by 50.0.

•  Increases Potency of caster by 3.5.

•  This effect will not stack with any rank or tier of itself.
