•  Increases Threat to target by 1,023,640

•  Decreases target chance to strikethrough a successful avoidance chance by 5.0%.

•  Cannot be modified except by direct means

•  When taking damage, the wearer will stun their attacker for 2.5 seconds. This can only trigger once every 10 seconds. Does not apply to epic targets.

•  Suspends for 30 seconds when the caster takes damage greater than 30% of their maximum health

•  Increases the caster's effectiveness of worn armor vs physical damage by 10%.

•  Using Sprint will increase the wearer's Dodge Chance by 10% for 10 seconds. Can only trigger once every 30 seconds. Damage received greater than 30% of the wearer's maximum health will dispel the effect.

•  Whenever the wearer completes a solo heroic opportunity, they have a 25% chance to heal for 8,000 and gain 100 stamina for 18 seconds
