Born Xavier Harold Iris in a plane quite different from Norrath, Xhiris is a junior member of a research organization known as The Artisans. He arrived on Norrath several years prior to the Sharttering, where he became known as 'Xhiris Ce`Andar'. ('Ce' is 5 in his native language - his order of membership in The Artisans). After five years, he left for his home to report his findings. Returning to a very different Norrath after the Shattering, he now goes by 'Xhiris Brightline' to avoid undue attention.
