Gnoll Leaders, Part I: Animator Z'Apha

Bulvar Rakgam would like me to strike a number of gnoll targets who are to serve in leadership positions in an upcoming gnoll offensive. The first target is Animator Z'Apha. I should be able to find him in the farm south of the Keep of the Gnoll Slayers. Bulvar wants him and his scarecrow creations dead.
