After relaying to Miranna Ameema all I had learned from my audience with the Sang'Huuu Parliament she agreed that speaking with the hooluk flock mystics is the next best step.

Felfeather Novice Ryarme, located on the western side of Sanctuary, should be able to provide me with transport to Felfeather Isle, where the hooluk mystics reside.

The hooluk mystics await my arrival on Felfeather Isle. Halebeak will take me there from the western edge of Sanctuary, with no troubles.
