The herald of Tarew Marr has asked me to assist in gathering waterbound energy reserves for the avatar's summoning rituals. The energy needs to be pure for the ritual to succeed. I've been provided with a container to assist with collecting the waterbound energy, but it will only activate when powerful foes draw their last breath.
