Find some metal (in Fens of Nathsar)
The goblins must have some crafting stations in the area
Repair the armor (in Fens of Nathsar)
The small encampment of goblins is in the Fens of Nathsar
Bring the armor to Irontooth (in Fens of Nathsar)

At least 2,250 XP.
