Tinkerfest celebrations can be found wherever gnomes are found, in areas such as Qeynos Capitol District, Freeport, Kelethin, Gorowyn, Neriak, Solusek's Eye, the Bonemire, and the Moors of Ykesha.
Deliver the Gnomish Spirits to areas around Norrath where gnomes are celebrating the festival.
I should return to Gnomeland Security in Steamfont Mountains.
I will report back to Tomker. (in Steamfont Mountains)
