Lusiri A'Fahmi, a member of Deepwater Circle, told me spirits have been seen attacking different teleportation spires across Norrath. She is unsure if it's the work of Emperor Ssraeshza, or someone else, trying to stop us from reconnecting the spires to the Luclin Nexus or weaken its security. We mustn't let anything interfere or corrupt the work being done!
