An unfortunate scout of the Alliance has had a deadly run-in with group of Strifewing raptors while investigating the Tenebrous Tangle and several of his observation notes were confiscated. Wanderer Truthshadow has given me a writ to retrieve the notes from the Strifewing raptors.
