Speak with Firiona Vie (in Obol Plains) While Firiona Vie is siphoning off the raw power of the tourbillion, I must use it to access the nether space where the interstice should be accessible. Destroy the tourbillion interstice (in A Nether Space) I must return to Firiona Vie, at Incantatory Apex in Obol Plains, with the news of my success. Speak with Firiona Vie (in Obol Plains) I must report back to Drinal's Steward now that the teleportation spires at Incantatory Apex have had all aspects of the tourbillion removed.
