The source of this vile summoning has been traced to thoughtbleeder wraiths, the vassals of Thule, within the Feerrott. Knight-Captain Steelgaze of the Qeynos Guard has ordered me to destroy these fiendish regents before all of Antonica is consumed by darkness and fear.
