Askr would like me to help him conduct a ritual to bond Norrath and Troden, the Plane of Storms. I am to collect the Staff of Storms, the Rod of Rain, and the Cane of Clouds from the ground near Askr and place the staves at the corresponding altars that can be found around Norrath.

I need to collect the three staves from the ground near Askr.

I need to collect the Staff of Storms. (in Timorous Deep)

I need to collect the Rod of Rain. (in Timorous Deep)

I need to collect the Cane of Clouds. (in Timorous Deep)

I need to bring the Staff of Storms to the Altar of Storms in the Thundering Steppes.

I need to place the staff at the Altar of Storms, found in a small cove near the Dead River docks in the Thundering Steppes. (in The Thundering Steppes)

I need to defeat the lightning elemental that has manifested from the Altar of Storms. (in The Thundering Steppes)

I should collect the charged Stave of Storms. (in The Thundering Steppes)

I need to bring the Rod of Rain to the Altar of Rain in the Greater Faydark.

I need to place the Rod at the Altar of Rain, found in the Greater Faydark near a small lake in the territory of the Crushbones. (in Greater Faydark)

I need to defeat the water elemental that has manifested from the Altar of Rain. (in Greater Faydark)

I should collect the charged Rod of Rain (in Greater Faydark)

I need to bring the Cane of Clouds to Majdul.

I need to place the Cane at the Altar of Clouds, found in the city of Majdul at the edge of a ledge on the Skygazer's Plateau. (in Maj'Dul)

I need to defeat the cloud elemental that has manifested from the Altar of Clouds. (in Maj'Dul)

I should collect the charged Cane of Clouds. (in Maj'Dul)

I should return to Askr and tell him that I have found all of the altars and completed all of the deeds.

I should speak with Askr in Timorous Deep. (in Timorous Deep)
