Something terrible has happened to the Isle of Refuge. Aillena Belzia is the only survivor I've met, though she demands that I find others. At the very least, Overseer Clackwhinge should be safe in the basement of the strange reality that is what's left of Malvonicus' tower. I can't describe the devastation here...
